Rigorous Credentialing and Recredentialing Process
Before joining our PPO networks, providers and facilities go through health care industry credentialing standards compliant with the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards. Every three years, they are recredentialed under the same or updated NCQA standards.
Continuous Quality Improvement
In addition to maintaining our industry certifications, we continuously monitor performance on key quality indicators, such as accessibility to care and coordination with medical practitioners to help us improve the quality of care delivered. Our measurement tools are patterned after the NCQA-sponsored Health Plan Employer Data and Information Set (HEDIS®).
